Johnstone's Acid Etch Solution is a surface pre-treatment prior to painting power floated and smooth concrete floors.
A careful blend of acids and wetting agents in solution. To remove any residual latence produced as concrete dries. Can also be used to "etch" power floated surfaces which are difficult for a coating to adhear to.
